Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. About Us and These Terms

Projukti Team is a trading name of PROJUKTI TEAM LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 15759825.

Our registered office is:

Unit 8, First Floor, 17–18 Vine Court, London, England, E1 1JH.

You can contact us at [email protected], by telephone on +44 20 8191 2679, or by post at our registered office.

These Terms explain the conditions for using our websites, mobile applications, online courses, digital downloads, practice tests, learning tools and related learner support, collectively referred to as the “Services”. Features are included only where the relevant product description or order says they are included.

Please read these Terms and the information for your chosen product before purchasing. We make the applicable terms available before you place an order and provide a confirmation you can save.

An order becomes binding when we confirm acceptance, including by supplying the purchased access. An automatic receipt of an order alone is not acceptance unless it says otherwise. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain and return any payment taken for it.

Specific promises about your purchase, including its features, access period, support and any advertised guarantee, form part of your contract where the law provides. These Terms do not remove those promises. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any inconsistent wording in these Terms, our policies or promotional conditions.

Please also read our:

  • Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information and privacy choices.
  • Refund Policy, which sets out cancellation, refund and applicable money-back guarantee arrangements.

The Refund Policy applicable to your purchase will be made available before you order. The Privacy Policy is an information notice; accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to personal-data processing. Nothing in these Terms or either policy limits your mandatory legal rights.

Business licences, affiliate arrangements, partnerships and investment transactions require their own applicable agreements. These consumer Terms do not grant rights to resell our Services or represent our company.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Our learner Services are intended for people aged 16 or over. Individual products may have additional eligibility requirements disclosed before purchase. Our minimum age does not determine your eligibility to sit an official examination or obtain a licence, immigration status or qualification.

If you cannot lawfully enter into the purchase contract yourself, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase and arrange your access with us.

Provide accurate information reasonably needed to manage your account and purchase, and keep important contact details up to date. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Accounts are for individual use unless we expressly agree to a group or business licence. Do not sell, lend or share access with other learners.

Any device or simultaneous-session limits must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Reasonable changes for security must not unfairly prevent you from using paid access. Contact support if you replace a device or need help accessing your account.

Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for your own misuse and for activity you authorise. You are not automatically responsible for every unauthorised action on your account, and this clause does not exclude our responsibility for our own security failures.

Unauthorised automated account creation, bulk registrations and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited. This does not prohibit lawful assistive technology or an integration we have authorised.

3. What You Are Purchasing

The product page and checkout will describe the content, language, format, price, access period, included support and material technical requirements. Please check them before ordering.

Official examination fees, bookings, licences and third-party charges are excluded unless expressly included in the offer.

Our learning materials help you prepare and practise. A course completion certificate is not an official qualification or government certificate unless the product expressly identifies the relevant accreditation.

We are an independent educational provider. References to DVSA, the Home Office, Life in the UK or other organisations do not by themselves mean that they endorse us. Any actual content licence or accreditation will be described accurately for the relevant product.

We take reasonable care to provide accurate materials and correct material errors. Translations and AI-assisted explanations can contain mistakes; please report suspected errors.

Official requirements can change, so check the relevant authority’s current rules when booking or taking an examination. This does not remove our obligation to supply content as described or with the quality required by law.

Learning outcomes depend on several factors. We do not promise a particular examination result, job, income, visa or citizenship outcome unless a specific enforceable promise is expressly made. This does not override a specific promise made in your offer or the applicable Refund Policy.

4. Access Periods, Updates and Availability

We provide paid access for the period agreed at purchase.

If your purchase was advertised with lifetime access, we will honour that promise as it was presented when you purchased. These Terms do not introduce an annual expiry, a renewal fee or a new definition that reduces an existing lifetime-access promise. Separately released courses are included only if the original offer says so.

We may update content to improve accuracy, security, accessibility or functionality. Updates must not materially reduce the agreed features, quality or access you purchased. We will explain material changes and provide an appropriate remedy under your contract and applicable law. We will not impose a materially different substitute without your agreement.

We use reasonable care and skill to operate the Services. Maintenance, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control can interrupt access. Where practicable, we will give notice, take reasonable steps to restore access and keep affected users informed. Your contractual and statutory remedies remain available if we fail to provide the paid Services.

You need a compatible device and internet connection. Material compatibility requirements will be disclosed before purchase. Install necessary security updates; we will explain material effects of changes to supported systems. We will not use a compatibility change to avoid responsibility for delivering what you purchased.

5. Prices and Payments

We display the total price, currency and applicable taxes or mandatory charges before you commit to pay. Optional extras require your express agreement. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own disclosed currency-conversion or transaction charges.

A one-off purchase is not a subscription unless recurring billing is expressly presented and agreed at checkout. We will not convert it to a subscription without your express agreement.

We may change prices and offers for future purchases. This does not alter a confirmed purchase or retrospectively remove an agreed discount or guarantee.

If a pricing error is identified before acceptance, we will explain the corrected price and obtain your agreement before proceeding. We will not retain payment for an order we do not accept.

If an agreed payment fails, we may ask you to update the payment method and, after reasonable notice where practicable, suspend the affected unpaid access. We will not charge an undisclosed penalty or prevent you from exercising your legal rights.

6. Subscriptions and Trials, if Offered

This section applies only when you expressly purchase a subscription or trial that converts to a paid subscription.

Before you subscribe, we will explain the price, billing frequency, trial end date, renewal arrangements, minimum commitment and how to manage your subscription. We will provide notices and reminders required by applicable law.

Cancellation and refund arrangements are explained in the Refund Policy and the relevant purchase information.

Recurring payments require your express agreement. We will give advance notice of a proposed price change and an opportunity to end the subscription before the new price applies. A change will not affect a period already paid for.

Deleting an app does not itself stop recurring app-store charges. Subscription management for an app-store purchase is available through the relevant store’s account settings.

7. Mobile Apps and Purchases Through App Stores

Our Services may be accessed through supported iOS and Android applications.

The relevant app store’s terms govern its distribution, payment and subscription functions to the extent applicable. These Terms govern the Services we supply and do not replace an applicable app-store software licence.

The checkout or receipt identifies the seller or billing provider for each transaction. App-store purchases may be subject to the store’s payment and account-management requirements. This does not remove obligations we owe to you or your mandatory consumer rights.

Cross-device access, restoration of purchases and inclusion of web access depend on the product description provided before purchase. Do not assume that every separately sold app product includes every website course.

8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

We or our licensors own the intellectual property in our courses, videos, translations, questions, software, designs and other materials.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased materials for your own learning during the agreed access period. Downloads are allowed where the Service expressly provides them.

Except where the law permits or we agree in writing, you must not:

  • Copy, record, upload, publish, distribute, resell or commercially teach from our protected materials.
  • Provide paid access to other people, share login credentials, or bypass payment, licensing or security controls.
  • Scrape or bulk-extract protected content, or use it to build or train a competing product or AI system.
  • Harass others, upload unlawful or infringing material, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or interfere with the Services.

This does not restrict copyright exceptions, rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, legitimate accessibility assistance, or your use of knowledge and skills gained through learning, including in your work.

You must not falsely imply that we endorse you or that you can enter agreements on our behalf. These Terms do not impose a general ban on lawful independent dealings with our sponsors or partners.

9. Your Contributions and Communities

You retain ownership of material you submit, such as questions, assignments or feedback.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display that material only as reasonably necessary to deliver the relevant feature, respond to you and maintain the Service, subject to applicable law. You must have the necessary rights to submit it.

This limited licence does not grant a general right to use your contributions in advertising. Any separate publicity permission will be arranged separately.

Community members must treat one another respectfully and must not publish another person’s confidential information, private messages or screenshots without authorisation or another lawful justification.

We may moderate content reasonably to address unlawful activity, infringement, abuse or safety issues. We will not suppress a genuine negative review simply because it is critical.

10. AI-Assisted Features and Automated Support

Where available, we may provide AI-assisted explanations, translations, practice tools or customer-support features. We will identify these features appropriately. Their inclusion in a purchase depends on the relevant product description.

AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not replace official examination requirements or qualified professional advice.

Contact our support team to ask for a human review of a material error, complaint, payment issue or access decision. This does not reduce our responsibility for paid Services or binding promises.

11. Investments and Commercial Relationships

Buying a course or joining an affiliate programme does not give you shares, ownership, voting rights or an entitlement to investment returns.

Investment transactions, commercial partnerships and sponsorship arrangements require separate agreements. These Terms are not an investment offer.

An investment in or change of ownership of our business does not automatically cancel your paid access or remove your contractual rights. Any transfer of our contractual obligations is subject to the transfer provisions below.

12. Affiliates and Referrals

Participation in a paid affiliate or referral programme requires acceptance of its separate terms, including the applicable commission, attribution, eligibility, payment and adjustment rules. No commission is promised simply by these Terms.

Affiliates must disclose commercial relationships where required and must not make misleading claims, send unlawful unsolicited marketing, create fraudulent referrals, or imply authority to bind us.

Any changes to programme rules must respect accrued contractual rights and applicable law.

13. Suspension, Termination and Closing Your Account

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, non-payment, a security threat, suspected fraud or a legal requirement.

We will act proportionately and, where practicable, explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Immediate action may be necessary for serious abuse, an urgent security risk or a legal restriction. Where permitted, we will explain afterwards and provide a route to request review at [email protected]. An automated flag alone does not prevent you from asking for human review.

We will not terminate paid access merely because you complain, leave an honest review or exercise your legal rights. Suspension or termination must respect your existing contractual and statutory entitlements.

You can request account closure using the available account controls or by contacting us. We will explain the consequences for purchased access and any separate subscription before completing an irreversible closure.

If we permanently stop providing a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice where possible and provide the remedy required by your contract and law. A free replacement is not automatically a sufficient remedy for every paid entitlement.

14. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes applicable rights and compensation under consumer and data protection law.

If we breach our contract or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it could happen or both parties knew it might happen when the contract was made.

Where digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we failed to exercise reasonable care and skill, we will provide the repair or compensation required by law.

Our consumer Services are supplied for personal learning. We do not accept liability for business losses such as lost business profits, business interruption or lost commercial opportunities arising from their business use, to the extent that exclusion is lawful. This does not impose a blanket fee-based cap on your consumer claims.

We are not responsible for a failure caused solely by your misuse or an event outside our reasonable control where we have taken the reasonable steps required of us. This does not remove your rights when paid Services are not delivered.

Separate business arrangements may contain separately agreed liability provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms and Transfers

We may revise these Terms for future purchases and to address changes in law, security or the operation of our Services. We will identify the effective date and notify affected users of material changes in a durable form where required.

For existing purchases, changes must be permitted by the contract and applicable law, be fair and proportionate, and respect what was promised at purchase.

We will give reasonable advance notice of a material adverse change where possible and respect any right to reject the change or end the affected arrangement, together with your other legal remedies. Urgent legal or security changes may require shorter notice, which we will explain.

We will not use this section to impose unexpected fees or retrospectively weaken a promise made at purchase.

We may transfer our contractual rights and obligations as part of a lawful business reorganisation or transfer, provided your contractual rights are not materially reduced. We will notify you where required and provide any remedies required by law.

You may not transfer a personal learner licence without our agreement, but this does not prevent a transfer that the law permits.

16. Complaints and Disputes

For a service or contractual complaint, contact:

Email: [email protected]

Telephone: +44 20 8191 2679

Postal address: PROJUKTI TEAM LIMITED, Unit 8, First Floor, 17–18 Vine Court, London, England, E1 1JH.

Include the order or account reference and the outcome you seek. We will investigate fairly and keep you informed.

If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, we will provide information about an appropriate approved alternative dispute resolution body and state whether we are obliged or willing to use it, as required by law.

You do not have to use our internal complaint process to preserve a legal right to bring a claim within the applicable time limit.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence.

Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts, and nothing here removes another court entitlement provided by mandatory law. We do not require consumers to use binding private arbitration.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. Any ambiguity is interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer law. A failure to enforce a term immediately does not waive it. No provision excludes a binding pre-contract statement or permits fraud.
